An andragogical Model of HRD
The andragogical model is a process model, not a content model.

- Decide in advance what knowledge or skill needs to be transmitted
- Arrange this body of content into logical units
- Select the most efficient means for transmitting the content
- Develop a plan for presenting the content units in some sort of sequence
In process models, andragogical teachers, facilitators, or trainers:
- Establish a climate conducive to learning
- Create a mechanism for mutual planning
- Diagnose the needs for learning
- Formulate program objectives (content) that will satisfy those needs
- Design a pattern of learning experiences
- Conduct these learning experiences with suitable techniques and materials
- Evaluate the learning outcomes and re-diagnosing learning needs
